Photorealistic jewellery renders in KeyShot: sample from CADesign Company

What this service is

CADesign Company is a jewellery (jewelry) render studio and agency in India, with offices in Mumbai and Navsari (Surat). We make 3D renders in KeyShot and with AI for jewellers, manufacturers and online sellers in India and abroad.

A render lets you see and sell a piece before it exists. We take your 3D model and produce clean, photoreal images of the metal, the diamonds and any coloured stones, lit and framed the way a product photographer would.

KeyShot is the rendering tool most jewellery brands rely on for product imagery. Because the render comes straight from your CAD file, the stone count, the proportions and the setting detail are exact, which is why we use it whenever accuracy matters.

What you get

  • High-resolution renders of the metal and stones, accurate to your CAD model
  • Your piece shown in the metal colours you need, normally white, yellow and rose gold
  • Several viewing angles of each style
  • Optional video of the piece
  • Images ready for e-commerce listings, catalogues, line sheets, social media and client approvals
  • A basic option that uses your file as it is, and a premium option where we also edit the CAD file

How it works

  1. Send your CAD file

Send the finished model in .3dm format. Other formats are possible for an extra charge.

  2. Choose the output

Image only, or image plus video. Tell us the metal colours and the angles you want.

  3. We set up and render

We apply the metals and stones, set the lighting and camera, and render each view.

  4. You review

Check the first images and tell us what to adjust.

  5. Final delivery

You receive the final high-resolution images, and video if you ordered it.

Who it is for

  • Manufacturers who show designs to buyers before casting
  • Online jewellery stores that need consistent product images
  • Brands producing catalogues and line sheets
  • Designers who need images for client approval

What we need from you

  • The finished CAD file, preferably in .3dm format
  • The metals, stones and colours you want shown
  • Any special details already built into the CAD file

Pricing

Rendering is priced per style, in US dollars, and depends on the piece and how much detail it has.

  • Send CAD files in .3dm format. Other formats cost $10 extra.
  • Prices are indicative and can vary with design complexity, level of detail and project requirements.

Your CAD file needs to be fully complete. Special-shape stones, micro settings, millgrains and other fine details must be built into the CAD itself, because a render can only show what the model contains.

Questions people ask

How long does it take?

Simple pieces are delivered within 24 hours. Complex pieces take 2 to 3 days. We confirm the timing for your order before we start.

What is the difference between a KeyShot render and an AI render?

A KeyShot render is made from your actual CAD model, so every stone, prong and proportion is exact. An AI render is made for quick concepts and lifestyle visuals and is better for mood than for exact product detail. See the AI renders page for more.

Can I get all three metal colours?

Yes. Our standard image package shows the piece in three colours, with four views, at 2000 px.

What file do I need to send?

A finished CAD file in .3dm format. Other formats can be handled for an extra charge.

Can you render a design that does not have a CAD file yet?

Yes. We can model it first, then render it. See the CAD design page.
