3D CAD modelling
Jewellery CAD design that casts cleanly
We turn your sketch, photo or idea into a production-ready 3D jewellery model, built in Rhino 3D and Matrix, so it can go straight to your casting house or 3D printer. Every file is casting-ready as standard, at no extra charge.

What this service is
CADesign Company is a jewellery (jewelry) CAD design company in India, a studio and agency with offices in Mumbai and Navsari (Surat). Our jewellery designers make 3D CAD models in Rhino 3D and Matrix for jewellers, manufacturers and designers in India and abroad.
Jewellery CAD is the step where a design becomes something that can actually be made. A good model is not just a picture of the piece. It has the right metal thickness, the stones sit securely in their seats, the prongs are strong enough to hold, and the shape is solid and closed so it prints and casts without surprises.
We build every model with the casting and setting stage in mind. That means fewer remakes, fewer arguments with the workshop, and a file you can rely on. We work in Rhino 3D and Matrix, the tools most jewellery houses already use.
What you get
- A complete 3D model of your piece, built to be cast or printed
- Correct prongs, claws, stone seats and galleries for the stones you choose
- Sensible wall thickness and shank profiles for the metal and the way the piece will be worn
- Ring sizing, tapering and clearances checked, with space left for hallmarks and engraving where needed
- Files in .3dm, and .stl for printing, with other formats available on request
- A render preview so you can approve the design before anything is made
How it works
Send the brief
Share a sketch, a photo, a reference image or a clear description. Tell us the stones, the metal and the size, and what the piece is for.
We confirm and quote
We reply with what we understood and a price based on how complex the piece is. Nothing starts until you agree.
We build the model
Your design is modelled in Rhino 3D or Matrix, with settings, stone seats and structure built in properly.
You review
You see the model and a preview image. Tell us what to change. Changes are charged at an hourly rate, agreed with you first.

Questions people ask
How long does it take?
Simple pieces are delivered within 24 hours. Complex pieces take 2 to 3 days. We confirm the timing for your order before we start.
Can you work from a photo or a rough sketch?
Yes. A clear sketch or reference photo is enough to start. If something is unclear we ask before modelling, not after.
Which software do you use?
Rhino 3D and Matrix. Both are standard in the jewellery industry, so the files fit into most workflows.
Will the model be ready for casting?
That is the aim of every model we build: closed solids, sensible thickness and proper stone seats. If your casting house has particular requirements, tell us and we build to them.
What file formats do I receive?
Normally .3dm, plus .stl for printing. Other formats can be arranged on request.
How are revisions handled?
You review the model and tell us what to adjust. Changes are charged at an hourly rate that we agree with you first, so there are no surprises.
