Who we are

What we collect

Payment page. Your name, email address, phone number, order or invoice number, the service you are paying for and the amount.
Messages. Anything you send us on WhatsApp or email, including your name, contact details, sketches, photos and design files.
Payment details. Razorpay collects your card or bank details directly. We do not see or store them.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver your order.
To take and confirm payments.
To keep records of orders and payments as required for accounts and tax.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run your order, such as Razorpay for payments, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Design files are kept only as long as needed to complete your order and any follow-up changes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing cadesignc@gmail.com. We will act on your request unless the law requires us to keep the information.

Security

We take reasonable care to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
