How to build a jewellery line sheet with renders

By Ronak Rawal · 1 October 2026 · 2 min read

A line sheet is a short catalogue for wholesale buyers and retailers. It lists your designs with the details they need to place an order.

What to include for each piece

  • A clear image, ideally in each metal
  • Style number or name
  • Metal options and stone details
  • Sizes and dimensions
  • Wholesale price, and minimum order if there is one
  • Lead time

Why renders suit line sheets

  • Every piece looks the same in style, lighting and size.
  • You can show all metals without making samples.
  • New designs can be added quickly, before they are made.

Layout tips

  • Use the same angle for all products, usually the three-quarter or front view.
  • Keep backgrounds identical.
  • Group by category, such as rings, earrings and pendants.
  • Keep text short and easy to scan.

Where to start

Get a standard set of renders for each style, in the same size. See image size and format and our rendering rates.

Frequently asked questions

How many pieces should a line sheet have?

Enough to show your range, but not so many that it overwhelms. Start with your best sellers.

Should prices be on the line sheet?

Wholesale line sheets usually include wholesale prices, but some businesses share them only on request.
