1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by CADesign Company ("we", "us"), including jewellery CAD modelling, photorealistic rendering, 360° views, animation and casting-ready files. By placing an order, sending us files to work on, or paying on this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are in US dollars and are indicative. The final price depends on how complex your design is and is agreed with you before work starts. Rates marked "onwards" are starting prices per style.

3. Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. If you are unsure of the amount to pay, please message us on WhatsApp first.

4. Files you send us

• Send CAD files in .3dm format. Other formats are charged extra, as shown in the Pricing section.
• CAD files for rendering must be fully completed. Details such as special-shape stones, micro settings and millgrains must already be built into the CAD.
• Delays caused by incomplete or unsuitable files may move the delivery date.

5. Revisions and changes

We will adjust a design until you approve it. Changes requested after approval are charged at the hourly rate shown in the Pricing section, and we will agree the charge with you before starting.

6. Delivery

We deliver files digitally. Delivery times are agreed for each order and start once we have your complete files and any payment due.

7. Ownership and confidentiality

You keep the rights to your designs and to the files you send us. We will not publish or share your designs without your permission. We may share your files only with people who need them to complete your order.

8. Refunds

Our work is made to order, so payments are generally not refundable once work has started. If something is wrong with what we deliver, tell us and we will correct it. For any other request, contact us and we will look at it fairly.

9. Limits of our responsibility

Renders and animations are digital images, and finished jewellery can look different because of materials, lighting and manufacturing. Please check dimensions, stone settings and other details in the model before casting or production. We are not responsible for the manufacture of pieces made from our files by other people.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
